Information we collect

BRIK64 Inc. collects information you provide directly, including beta access requests, contact messages, support requests, security reports, shop checkout details, billing status, order records, and content you submit through public forms or approved beta workflows.

We also collect limited technical information needed to operate, protect, debug, and improve the site, including browser and device information, request metadata, referrers, cookie preferences, checkout status, diagnostics, and abuse-prevention signals.

We do not ask visitors to submit secrets, private keys, production credentials, regulated data, or confidential customer data through public website forms unless BRIK64 has approved that use in writing.

Sources and purposes

Information may come from you, your browser or device, payment or fulfillment events, communications with BRIK64, approved beta workflows, and security or support interactions.

We use information to operate and secure the site, review beta access requests, manage approved access, respond to messages, process payments and fulfillment, prevent abuse, maintain records, debug errors, comply with legal obligations, and improve public and beta workflows.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, BRIK64 relies on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, legal obligations, or another lawful basis appropriate to the processing context.

Sharing and recipient categories

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless the Cookie Policy and consent controls are updated to say so.

We share information with service provider categories only when needed for website operation, account or support workflows, payment processing, fulfillment, communications, security, analytics where enabled, legal compliance, professional advice, or business operations.

BRIK64 does not publish detailed infrastructure topology, provider configurations, or operational architecture on public legal pages. Enterprise customers may request applicable provider detail through the enterprise or legal route under appropriate agreement.

Retention and rights

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, and audit needs.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, object to, or opt out of certain processing. California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, limit certain uses, and opt out where applicable.

To make a privacy request, use privacy@brik64.com. For legal notices, use legal@brik64.com. Describe the request clearly; we may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Children and international use

BRIK64 is not directed to children under 13 or any younger age requiring parental consent under applicable law. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

BRIK64 operates from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where applicable provider categories operate, subject to applicable legal and contractual safeguards.

Security and updates

BRIK64 uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the website and beta context, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the website, product, law, or operations change. The posted effective and last updated date identifies the current public version.
