When a DPA applies
Effective and last updated: June 17, 2026.
A Data Processing Addendum may apply when BRIK64 processes personal data on behalf of an enterprise customer under a signed agreement. The signed agreement controls processing instructions, roles, subprocessors, security measures, transfer terms, audit process, and any contract-specific notice or objection rights.
Public website and beta requests
A public site visit, beta access request, support message, or shop purchase does not create enterprise DPA terms by itself. Those interactions are handled under the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Cookie Policy, and applicable provider terms unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
BRIK64 provides public provider categories, not detailed infrastructure or architecture disclosures, on public legal pages.
Enterprise process
Before sending regulated, confidential, or production customer data, enterprise customers should contact enterprise@brik64.com or legal@brik64.com and identify the intended use case, data categories, applicable regions, compliance requirements, and required processing terms for written review.
Contract packets may include additional provider detail under appropriate confidentiality, procurement, or enterprise review procedures.
